The best resource I have seen for A level maths students, there is nothing out there comparable. Revision guides and books are unquestionably useful but offer very little extra from the lessons delivered. The revision cards in this set are an excellent tool for students revising through the different course topics. The exam papers are the closest thing to the new A level papers. Excellent work MME.
The set works through all of the gcse curriculum as far as I can tell. Every card has a concise explanation along with a worked example so you can see the methods used. I looked at learn direct and they charge a fortune for this exam. There were local providers who were slightly cheaper but once you factored in travel and hassle this was the best option. The exam seemed easy to me and I don’t like maths at all. Loads of time to work through the exam but do take the advice and practise using the mock paper before so you get use to the rubbish calculator you have to use. Having shopped around everywhere for another online functional skills maths exam, this is definitely the best option and they are nice when you call up.
We wish we had found these when our other daughter was doing her gcse science as they are so informative and a great way for children to learn. Our youngest is now working his way through them. thank you.

– They use colours to make certain important words stand out

– They have questions at the back but you have to find the answers online
– They re-use questions that you can find for free online on the revisions cards, I was a little disappointed when I saw the exact question online and on my revision cards

A good set of maths materials to use with children working from home. We are looking to continue the catch up over the summer hols and this set is already helping.

Having a set of revision cards and exam papers gives children something tactile to work from, it feels more real. The online revision stuff is useful but you can’t beat a good old pen and paper (and a set of new glossy cards) 🙂

The best thing we have bought our daughter to help her revise. She is easily distracted with the computer and phone so we decided to get some good old fashioned physical revision materials. They have helped her to separate work and play and we feel she is now making good progress in catching up on all the missed teaching.

All the formulae are covered and the question answer system is a good way to revise, more revision explanations needed for bet understanding.

The chemical equation questions are tricky with not a lot of explanation but apart from this the cards are excellent.
Excellent revision cards for teenagers to work from and learn. Not moved onto the exam papers yet but they appear to be what we need.
