The KS3 English cards are a breath of fresh air. There are tonnes of flash cards and revision cards out there but most of them do the same thing and don’t really tell you a great deal. These cards get to the root cause of knowledge gaps.

I have used a number of different sets as a private tutor, my students tend to find all sorts of wonderful things from year to year. When these cards appeared for the first time last year, I was very impressed. Now we are online tutoring I send these cards out to my students to help with that interaction.
For those who are studying AQA GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics separate sciences (or triple science) then these cards are an absolute must! The best science resource I have discovered on my journeys across the world wide web.
A beautiful pack of cards with just the right amount of content on each one. You don’t want cards that are crammed with too much info, similarly you don’t want sparsity. These GCSE English cards get it just right, and the content isn’t too shabby either!
All three topic areas covered in paper 1, 2, 3. The mark scheme is useful, would be even better to have full worked solutions to see alternative methods, that said, still a very useful resource.
The cards are brilliant and the papers provide a great opportunity to take another authentic A level maths paper in the style of the new spec. The old past papers are still useful but don’t examine the course in the same way, or cover the new topics obviously. Full marks from me.
They have come and they are excellent! We had previously purchased the GCSE maths cards which were delivered separately. The maths cards are exceptional, the English cards are different but still very good indeed. Would highly recommend to those who need to cement the foundation knowledge that feeds into all aspects of GCSE English Lang and Lit to be honest.
Just received my English cards, absolutely brilliant. All the fundamental concepts needed to understand the English Language at this level are covered in an easy to follow format.
The ks3 maths papers are really good for testing children and seeing where their gaps in knowledge are. The papers are out of 80, would be better to extend this to 100 like the GCSE papers, but otherwise perfect papers.
The pure cards are really easy to follow and everything on the stats and mechanics cards all makes sense, I am just not as confident with these topics. The practise questions on the back of each card are handy for testing. Overall a good buy.
Quality of content is 5/5, print quality and aesthetics 5/5, effectiveness 5/5, speed of delivery 3/5 but understandable in the current climate, took 5 days to arrive but well worth the wait, excellent science cards.
We have found working through the exam papers at home as been a great use of time and Christopher, our son, who is in year 8, is coming on leaps and bounds. Thank you for these and keep up the good work with the free online content as well, it is very much appreciated.
Got these cards to work through them with my grandson, his maths is better than mine. A good job that the answers are on the back of the card, he thinks I am a genius as I hold the card up and always get to the answer before him. In all seriousness, very good.
