The functional skills english level 2 online exam is made up of 3 parts. I found the writing part the hardest but manage to pull through. The mme team were great and made me feel less worried about the test. I failed the speaking part first time, but did my resit and passed. Exceptional service! I booked and got all the course materials for the level 2 maths exam. I paid the advertised rate and wasn’t charged anything extra. I must have emailed in and called 4 or 5 times as I was so nervous about it all. The online exam paper that I did as a mock helped a lot to calm the nerves. I have now got my result and pleased to say I passed and now have a level 2 maths qualification.
The best maths equivalency testing service there is! My uni recommended another provider who I couldn’t get hold of so I asked to use mme and they agreed this was fine. The resources were free and really helpful. The exam itself was okay, glad I did the revision and managed to scrape a pass.

This was the only thing stopping me from pursuing my career as a teacher after graduating from my postgrad qualification. So glad its finally over. These cards go everywhere with me. I read them over and over and over and then I ask someone to test me. The cards include key points, key words and simply definitions without the jargon. I am actually enjoying the revision and I can honestly say the cards for me work much better than the complicated revision book I started with.
I bought the mme revision guide higher and now the revision cards. Together they are the best combination to help learn topics (using the guide) then very quickly revise them (using the cards). The revision cards also give a way to quickly access practice questions on a particular topics.
17 booklets in total for £25 is excellent value when you see the quality of the questions. Splitting up questions by each topic area helps to focus on the areas needing improvement.

Although I have Biology and chemistry A levels I took them 51 years ago so I am rusty. Cards are great. We try them and any that need further work we stand on end so they are easily spotted.
They are portable and can be looked at easily on your bus journey to school as long as your mates don’t spot you revising.
A great product and I have ordered physics and maths too. I wish they had been around when I took my exams.

The exam was not as bad as I expected and I passed first time. Would have been better if the exam was cheaper but this was the lowest one that I could find. I think the government should provide more help with adults getting the english and maths functional skills qualifications.
Honestly the best set of revision cards I have seen. The question and answer format promotes fast learning of all topic areas. I would recommend to students who are studying AQA GCSE triple science.
A lot of cards with all 3 areas covered. Good for quick revision but not a replacement for past paper practise which we all know is the best way to revise. Still worth getting the cards.

The difficulty standard in each paper is good and the questions cover a variety of question types, which I am happy with. However, it is quite expensive for only a set of the 3 exam papers. At the price given I would expect at least another set of papers to be included within in the pack. The price is about 3 pounds per paper.
I have been using the A level maths papers as mock exams for my tutees. I am pleased to report they are suitable for Aqa, Edexcel and all other exam boards. Since the new specification the differences between the boards are so minor, Highly recommend.
forces, electricity and radiation are covered really well. I think there could have been more cards on every transfer but this is quite an easy topic anyway. A solid set of physics cards.
